Adam joins us as a corporate commercial partner, bringing over 15 years’ experience gained with Clifford Chance in London and Dubai, and most recently, as the Managing Partner of the East African office of Norton Rose Fulbright which he headed up for over 6 years.

Adam specializes in advising on the structuring, management and administration of all forms of open and close ended investment funds whether funded by debt, equity or hybrids. Adam is also highly experienced with regard to all forms of corporate transactional structuring, regulatory advice and shareholder and management control issues, and has advised multinational corporations based in Europe, PRC, the Middle East and Far East on inward investment into East Africa and, particularly, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.

Adam has also advised major global banks, financial institutions and multinational corporations on non-transactional regulatory and compliance issues, in particular, relating to natural resource concessions, licensing, exchange control, currency trading and derivative transactions.
